Overview
Pickle Block collects payments from players on behalf of partner venues and coaches. After applicable fees, settled funds are disbursed on a fixed weekly schedule.

Disbursements for Venues / Court Owners are processed on Fridays only.

Coaches
Disbursements for Coaches are processed on Wednesdays and Fridays.
What Is Included
- Successfully paid bookings and memberships that have cleared settlement.
- Coach session payments marked as paid/settled in the system.
- Amounts net of platform convenience fees and any agreed deductions.
Timing Notes
- Payouts generally cover eligible transactions settled before the cut-off for that cycle.
- Bank/e-wallet transfer times may add 1 business day after we initiate disbursement.
- Public holidays or bank interruptions may delay arrival of funds.
- Incomplete or incorrect payout details may cause failed or delayed transfers.
