2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
3. Bookings & Memberships
Bookings, memberships, and coach sessions are subject to venue/coach availability and rules. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds follow the policies shown at checkout or as communicated by the venue/coach and Pickle Block.
4. Fees
Prices may include platform convenience fees. Payment authorization through our payment partners constitutes acceptance of the displayed total.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not post false, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not interfere with payments, bookings, or other users' experience.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of General Santos City, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
