Pickle Block is a technology platform that connects players with venues, courts, coaches, and open-play opportunities. Unless expressly stated, Pickle Block is not the owner or operator of every listed court or coaching service.
Venue & Coach Responsibility
Court owners and coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, facility conditions, coaching quality, safety practices, and on-site policies. Players should verify schedules, rules, and suitability before attending.
No Warranty
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that listings will always be current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickle Block and OfCourse Training Center are not liable for injuries, losses, cancellations, disputes between users and venues/coaches, or damages arising from use of the platform or third-party services.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Disbursement timing for venues and coaches is described in our Disbursement Policy and may change with notice.
